Azygos system, one of the main collateral vessels which communicates superior vena cava with inferior vena cava, is well visualized by X-ray angiography. This systern is rarely demonstrated by radioisotope study. We report a case whose azygos system was shown during 99mTc-DTPA renal scanning.
