Radionuclidd cardiac angiography has distinct advantages in safety, patient comfort, cost and ease of performance. This method offers diagnostic accuracy equivalent to that of cardiac catheterization. By this method the qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of the cardiac shunts are available. Also for it is repeatable tvith ease and more physiologic, it has application in following pre- and post-operative shunt patients.
