| Abstract |
Various stem cells or progenitor cells are being used to treat cardiovascular disease. In ischemic heart disease,
stem cell therapy is expected to regenerate damaged myocardium. To evaluate effects of stem cell treatment, the
method to image stem cell location, distribution and differentiation is necessary. Optical imaging, MRI, nuclear
imaging methods have been used for tracking stem cells. The methods and problems of each imaging technique
